Chipman Brown Cicero & Cole, LLP is pleased to announce that Robert Weber, Tayler Bolton and Aidan Hamilton have joined the firm.
Rob Weber has joined the firm as a partner. Prior to joining Chipman Brown, Rob was Counsel at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, LLP, where he practiced for 20 years. Rob’s practice includes complex corporate restructuring and commercial litigation. Rob has substantial experience representing debtors, creditors, trustees, directors and other parties both in and out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
Tayler Bolton and Aidan Hamilton have joined the firm as associates. Tayler obtained her law degree from Emory University School of Law. Following graduation from law school, Tayler served as a law clerk to The Honorable Diane Clarke-Streett in the Superior Court of Delaware. Aidan obtained his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. During law school, Aidan interned for Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Mark Desgrosseilliers Presented Access to Justice Award by the DSBA

Gregory Stuhlman Joins Chipman Brown's Litigation Group

Greg's practice primarily focuses on corporate, commercial, and intellectual property litigation in Delaware's state and federal courts. Prior to joining Chipman Brown, Greg was resident in the Delaware office of the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
